I’ve been on hiatus from this blog for a while. Been binging quite a bit, just given finals and such… My weight has pretty much stayed at about the same range, so that’s pretty good. I think I’ve finally sort of stabilized under 130 and just around 125ish.
Shouldn’t have eaten the fries at Carl’s Jr. Potatoes are definitely a weakness of mine. I’m glad I didn’t end up binging yesterday though. Usually when I feel that I shouldn’t have eaten something, it’ll set up this “fuck it” attitude that sends me into a binge.

Almost binged today. I’ve been studying for finals and just got so frustrated toward the end of the day… almost went to the taqueria for some super nachos. That would have been a binge for sure.
So much for less carbs. Ended up going swimming with some friends and we ate at a Taqueria. It definitely had a binge sort of feeling. I demolished this chicken platter with tortillas, rice and all. It was that rapid full feeling that I seem to love so much.
I’m not all that sure how many calories the chicken plate was, but I just added up the individual components. It was almost 1000 calories when everything was added up, so that seems pretty reasonable… seeing as a super burrito is around that much too.
The first non-binge day, since well… I last updated. It was 3 solid days of just depressed binging and moping at home. I think I’m going to cut processed carbs out this week. No bread or pasta. Just potatoes and possibly a bit of brown rice if I decide to buy it.

Yo-yo up and down. It was 124.4 the last I weighed, so I’m up 2.4. I’m glad I’m still under 130 though.
